Step By Step Journey Of The Installation
Here at PHS we want your process to run as smooth as possible, from your initial contact with us to lighting your new stove. You will only be dealing with the Piping Hot Family. No outsourcing means we guarantee the best service and high-quality finish to the new centre piece in your room. Below is our step by step guide to purchasing your new Gas, Electric, Woodburning or Multifuel Stove.
Visit our Design Studio
Call in to our Stockton design showroom. We are open 7 days a week and the Coffee Machine is always on. Here you will be greeted by one of our fantastic sales team (Dave might be in as well).
Initial Design and Quote Subject to survey
One of our team will work with you and based on your ideas we will give you an estimated quote that is subject to a free on-site survey.
On site survey
It starts to get exciting now! You love the ideas we have come up with and you are happy with the estimate. It is now time for your site survey. Dave our project manager will call out at a convenient time for yourself to make sure everything is correct on your quotation.
Final Quote
Once the survey is complete, Dave will return to the showroom where a full and final quotation will be made which is valid for 28 Days.
Booking your installation date.
You are now excited for your new stove and want to get an installation date booked in. You can do this by coming in to see us at the showroom, calling or sending over an email. All we require is a deposit and your contract signing. We will then find you a installation date which suits yourself.
Your Installation
The day is finally here! Before you know it, your dream installation will be complete. We will clean up after ourselves leaving you with your stove roaring away. Many of our wonderful customers take it upon there selves to leave us a review which is very much appreciated. We have many stunning accessories in our showroom to finish off your new and improved room. As a valued customer, you can claim your 10% discount on accessories.
